Ingredients
  

  • 1 Beetroot
  • 1 cup Wheat
  • Salt taste
  • 1 tblsp Rava
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Grate the beetroot and keep aside
  • In a bowl, add flour and add salt
  • Now add rava and mix well
  • Grind beetroot and strain the water
  • Now mix with wheat and make soft dough
  • Now divide into equal portion
  • Roll in small size and keep aside
  • Heat oil and fry and keep aside
  • Now its ready to serve Beetroot Poori
