Paneer Mushroom Rice

This is a healthy lunch box recipe for kids. This is very simple and easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Boiled Rice
  • 1/2 cup Mushroom
  • 1/2 cup Paneer
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • Salt as taste
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 Green chili
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, deep fry paneer and keep aside
  • In a pan, add oil and temper green chili and ginger garlic
  • Now add onion and saute well
  • Now add mushroom and cook till it become soft
  • Add salt and pepper and paneer. mix well and turn off
  • Now add boiled rice and mix well
  • Now its ready to serve Paneer Mushroom Rice.
