Paneer Mushroom Rice
This is a healthy lunch box recipe for kids. This is very simple and easy to make.

- 1 cup Boiled Rice
- 1/2 cup Mushroom
- 1/2 cup Paneer
- 1 Onion chopped
- Salt as taste
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 Green chili
- 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic crushed
- 1/2 tsp pepper
In a pan, deep fry paneer and keep aside
In a pan, add oil and temper green chili and ginger garlic
Now add onion and saute well
Now add mushroom and cook till it become soft
Add salt and pepper and paneer. mix well and turn off
Now add boiled rice and mix well
Now its ready to serve Paneer Mushroom Rice.
