Pudhina Thogayal

this is a quick recipe which we can do within few minutes . we can serve for both breakfast and lunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mint
  • 1/2 cup Coconut
  • 2 Red chili
  • Tamarind little
  • 1 tsp Urad and channa dal
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt as taste

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add tsp oil and roast urad and channa dal
  • Now add chili and roast for a minute.
  • Now add mint and tamarind
  • Now add coconut and roast for a minute and turn off
  • In a mixer add pudhina mixture and salt. grind it and if want add little water
  • Now temper with mustard and urad dal and pour into thogayal
  • Now its ready to serve Pudhina Thogayal
