Pudhina Thogayal
this is a quick recipe which we can do within few minutes . we can serve for both breakfast and lunch.

- 1 cup Mint
- 1/2 cup Coconut
- 2 Red chili
- Tamarind little
- 1 tsp Urad and channa dal
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt as taste
In a pan add tsp oil and roast urad and channa dal
Now add chili and roast for a minute.
Now add mint and tamarind
Now add coconut and roast for a minute and turn off
In a mixer add pudhina mixture and salt. grind it and if want add little water
Now temper with mustard and urad dal and pour into thogayal
Now its ready to serve Pudhina Thogayal
