Peanut Pancake

this is a simple and easy break fast for all. healthy recipe too.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 2 tblsp Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tblsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Cooking soda
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Oil for greasing
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter and keep aside
  • In a bowl mix all flour and mix well
  • In a bowl add milk and add peanut, butter and mix well
  • Now add egg and beat well
  • Now mix flour and mix into liquid mix
  • Combine both in a thick batter
  • If its thick and tough means add little more milk and dilute well
  • In a pan grease oil and pour little batter and cook both side
  • Now its ready to serve Peanut Butter Pancake
