Easy Paneer Kadai

This is a good curry for chapathi and rice.It is an easy curry for working women to cook fasti within 5 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gms Paneer
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Kasthuri methi
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Gram masala
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Coriander leaves few

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds and onions and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and gram masala sauté for a minute.
  • Add paneer cubes and saute for a minute.
  • Add 1/2 cup water and coriander leaves saute for a minute.
  • Add kasthuri methi to this and stir for a minute.
  • Now easy paneer kadai is ready.
