Easy Paneer Kadai
This is a good curry for chapathi and rice.It is an easy curry for working women to cook fasti within 5 minutes.

- 100 gms Paneer
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 Tomato
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Kasthuri methi
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Gram masala
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 cup Water
- Coriander leaves few
Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds and onions and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste sauté for 2 minutes.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and gram masala sauté for a minute.
Add paneer cubes and saute for a minute.
Add 1/2 cup water and coriander leaves saute for a minute.
Add kasthuri methi to this and stir for a minute.
Now easy paneer kadai is ready.
