Ingredients
  

  • 5 nos Egg
  • 5 nos Green chilly
  • 1 no Onion
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Coconut oil As reqd
  • 1 spring Curry Leaves
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Kerala Style Egg Burji, first heat coconut oil in a pan, add onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add chopped green chillies and curry leaves and sauté for a minute.
  • Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder. Stir for a minute.
  • Add eggs to this and scramble for 3 minutes in high flame.
  • After egg is cooked completely we can switch off gas stove.
  • Now Kerala style egg burji is ready.
