Curry Leaves Chicken Masala

this dish goes well with curry leaves and gives good texture, colour and yummy.

Ingredients
  

  • boneless chicken 500g
  • finely chopped onion 2
  • chopped tomato 2
  • curry leaves 1 cup
  • black pepper seed 2 tsp
  • cumin seed 2 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 2 tsp
  • grated coconut 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • oil 4 tsp
  • water if needed

Instructions
 

  • clean and wash the chicken and dry the water and add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix it
  • marinate for half an hour
  • in a pan fry the curry leaves with out oil
  • in the same pan fry the cumin seeds, black pepper seed and coconut
  • make a fine paste with fried curry leaves, cumin seeds, black pepper seeds and coconut
  • in a pan heat the oil and add chopped onion and saute it till it get golden brown
  • now add ginger garlic paste and mix till the raw smell goes out
  • now add tomato and fry for 2 mins
  • now add marinated chicken and mix it
  • now add the curry leaves paste and mix well, if required add salt
  • if needed add little water and allow to boil until the water get dried and chicken get boil in medium flame
  • now curry leaves chicken masala is ready, serve with rice
