Kollu Gravy

this is a simple recipe with nice aroma. this kollu is good for all age and good for health , this is the best cold remedy too.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Kollu
  • 10 Shallots
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Curry masala
  • Salt as taste
  • 1/2 cup Coconut
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala

Instructions
 

  • Boil kollu and keep aside
  • Heat oil and temper jeera and saute shallots
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and tomato, saute well
  • Now add all powder and Boiled kollu and saute well
  • Now add coconut paste and cook for 10 mins and turn off
  • Now its ready to serve Kollu Gravy
