Kollu Gravy
this is a simple recipe with nice aroma. this kollu is good for all age and good for health , this is the best cold remedy too.

- 1 cup Kollu
- 10 Shallots
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Curry masala
- Salt as taste
- 1/2 cup Coconut
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
Boil kollu and keep aside
Heat oil and temper jeera and saute shallots
Now add ginger garlic paste and tomato, saute well
Now add all powder and Boiled kollu and saute well
Now add coconut paste and cook for 10 mins and turn off
Now its ready to serve Kollu Gravy
