Leftover Rice Poori
this is a simple recipe. i tried with the hint of akki roti. i deep fried this in oil.

- 1 cup Leftover rice
- 1 cup Rice flour
- coriander and curry leaves little
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 chopped Green chili
- Oil for frying
In bowl add mashed cooked rice and all other items mix well except oil
If want add little water and make dough
Make balls and flat thin roll pin
Heat oil and deep fry both side
Now its ready to serve Leftover rice poori
