First grind chutney dal into a fine powder and keep it aside.
In a pan add water, turmeric powder, salt and allow it to boil.
Once it is boiled add the cauliflower florets into that.
After 5 to 8 minutes drain the florets from the water and keep it aside.
Now add chutney dal powder, pepper powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder and salt as needed with the cauliflower and mix it well and leave it for 5 minutes.
in a kadai heat the oil and add mustard seeds for tempering.
Then add the cauliflower and mix it well
Cook the cauliflower in a low flame and stir it when needed.
Once the cauliflower is well cooked and fried turn off the flame.
Tasty Cauliflower curry is ready.
