Cauliflower Curry

It is a crispy, tasty and a very easy curry to prepare. It can be served with rice, rotis etc.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cauliflower Medium size
  • 1 teapoon Chutney Dal
  • 1/2 teapoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teapoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 teapoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teapoon Jeera Powder Cumin seeds
  • 2 teapoon Oil
  • Salt To taste

Instructions
 

  • First grind chutney dal into a fine powder and keep it aside.
  • In a pan add water, turmeric powder, salt and allow it to boil.
  • Once it is boiled add the cauliflower florets into that.
  • After 5 to 8 minutes drain the florets from the water and keep it aside.
  • Now add chutney dal powder, pepper powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder and salt as needed with the cauliflower and mix it well and leave it for 5 minutes.
  • in a kadai heat the oil and add mustard seeds for tempering.
  • Then add the cauliflower and mix it well
  • Cook the cauliflower in a low flame and stir it when needed.
  • Once the cauliflower is well cooked and fried turn off the flame.
  • Tasty Cauliflower curry is ready.
