Kara Bonda
Bonda is a simple snack that can be served in the evening during tea time. It can also be served as the best side dish with boiled rice.

- 1 cup Besan flour
- 1 tblsp Rice flour
- 1 chopped Onion
- 4 chopped Green chili
- 1 inch Ginger
- Curry leaves few chopped
- Coriander leaves few chpped
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Asafeotida
- Salt as taste
- 1 pinch Cooking Soda
- Oil for frying
Mix all ingredients togeher roughly
Add little water and make batter as shown in the picture
Heat oil and drop small balls and cook for 5-10 mins and drain from oil
Now its ready to serve Kara Bonda
