mutton keema 1 cup
fried gram powder 3 tsp
salt to taste
ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
curry masala 1 tsp
maida 1 tsp
corn flour 1 tsp
rice flour 1 tsp
oil to fry
Instructions
in bowl add keema, salt, red chilli podwer, turmeric powder, curry masala, ginger garlic paste, fried gram powder,maida, corn flour, rice flour and mix well
marinate for 15 mins
after 15 mins, make small balls from keema mix
heat the oil in the pan and fry it
mutton keema kola is ready
