Easy Soya Chunks Biriyani

Soya chulnks biryani is a heathy biryani. Soya chulks is said to have low cholestrol,prevents heart disease.It has protein content equal to meat.It is very simple and easy to cook.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Soya chunks
  • 5 Garlic
  • 5 Green chilli
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 bunch Pudina
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 2 Cinnamon
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 4 Cloves
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Biryani masala

Instructions
 

  • Boil soya chunks in 1 cup water for 5 minutes. Drain and keep it aside.
  • Grind garlic, cumin seeds, onion ,pudina leaves and green chilli in a mixer.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. add cinnamon, bay leaf and cloves, sauté it for a minute.
  • Add soya chunks and ground masala ,sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and biryani masala and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add cooked rice to this and mix well.
  • Now soya chunks biryani is ready.
