Nattu Kozhi Varuval - Fry

Ingredients
  

  • nattu kozhi 1/2 kg
  • onion 3
  • tomato 2
  • ginger garlic paste 4 tsp
  • fennel seed 1/2 tsp
  • 3 cloves 2
  • cinnamon 1
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • corrinder powder 1 tsp
  • curry masala 1 tsp
  • chicken masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • pepper 1/2 tsp
  • oil 6 tsp
  • mustard 1 tsp
  • curry leaves 1 bunch

Instructions
 

  • grind the garlic ginger clove fennel seed and cinnamon and make fine paste
  • chop the onion and tomato
  • in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard and curry leaves
  • add ginger garlic paste and saute it until the raw smell goes out
  • add onion and saute it until it turn into brown
  • now add tomato and mix well
  • now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, curry masala, chicken masala, pepper and coriander powder and mix well till the smell goes out
  • add chicken and mix well till the masala binding it
  • dont add water, keep the flame in medium and fry it till the chicken get boil if needed add oil and sprinkle the water. and allow the chicken to get boiled and dry
  • nattu kozhi / varuval fry is ready to serve
