Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Baby corn
  • 2 Potato
  • 15 nos Shallots
  • 1 Tomato
  • Tamarind small
  • 2 tsp Kuzhambu milaga powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • salt as taste
  • 2 tblsp Gingelly oil
  • 1/4 cup Coconut paste
  • curry leaves and coriander leaves small
  • 1 tsp mustard , cumin, fenugreek

Instructions
 

  • In pan boil baby corn and potato and keep aside
  • In pan heat oil and temper mustard , cumin, fenugreek
  • Now add shallots and curry leaves and saute well
  • Now add tomato and saute well add salt and turmeric
  • Now add corn and potato and chilli powder and mix well
  • Now add tamarind water and boil for 10 min
  • Now add coconut paste and boil for 5 mins and garnish with coriander
  • Now its ready to serve Baby corn Potato kara kuzhambu
