Tricolor Spicy Root

Ingredients
  

  • mushroom 1 cup
  • broccoli 1 cup
  • aloo 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • onion 1
  • red chilli 3
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • corn oil and gingelly oil 3 tsp

Instructions
 

  • chop the mushroom, aloo and broccoli
  • grind the onion, red chilli and ginger garlic paste
  • make a fine paste
  • in a pan add water mushroom, broccoli, aloo and salt and boil it
  • once it boiled add the onion chilli paste and mix it
  • in another pan mix both the oil and heat the oil
  • mix this tricolour masala and saute it for 10 mins
  • tricolor spicy root is ready
