Broccoli Kofta

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • Chopped broccoli 1 cup
  • Boiled and smashed aloo 1 cup
  • Chopped Onion 1 cup
  • Chopped ginger 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to tast

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add all the ingredients except oil and mix well
  • Make small ball and keep it
  • Dust the broccoli ball in the maida
  • Heat the oil and put the ball and fry it till it get brown colour
  • Broccoli kofta is ready
