In a pressure cooker add peeled jack fruit seed, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt and water. allow for 2 whistles
chop the onion, tomato, garlic and cut the boiled jack fruit seed into two pieces
In a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, fennel seed and add curry leaves and red chilli
now add onion and garlic and saute it until onion turn into brown
once onion turn into brown add tomato and ginger garlic paste and mix well
Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin seed powder and mix it.
add the boiled jack fruit seed and mix it
last and finally add grated coconut and turn the flame off and mix it
jack fruit seed garlic fry is ready. serve with rice
