Broccoli Lemon Poha

This is my own recipe with broccoli and poha. it is a different dish and yummy to taste.

Ingredients
  

  • Broccoli 1 cup
  • Flatterd rice/ poha 1 cup
  • Onion 1 no.
  • Red chilli 2 no.
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Jeera / cumin seed ½ tsp
  • Bengal gram 1 tsp
  • Broken black gram ½ tsp
  • Cashew nut 7 no.
  • Lemon juice 3 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 3 tsp
  • Curry leaves 1 bunch

Instructions
 

  • In a pan boil the water and put the broccoli and salt allow to boil for 5 mins
  • Finely chop the onion, red chilli and make lemon juice
  • In a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, black and bengal gram
  • Add Curry leaves and Red chilli.
  • Now add onion and saute it till it turn brown
  • Now add Salt and cashew and mix it
  • Add Broccoli, lemon juice and turmeric and mix well
  • Add poha / Flattened Rice and Mix well.
  • Now Broccoli Lemon Poha is Ready. It can be Served as an evening Tiffin
