White kadala or chana daal 1 cup
Onion 2
Green chillY 5
ginger 1 inch piece
Coriander leaves 1 sprig
Mustard 2 tsp
curry leaves 1 sprig
Instructions
soak kadala in water for 6 to 7 hours
cook kadala using water and salt
heat a pan add oil and when its hot add mustard
pour other ingredients which is nicely cut on the kadala.
pour the mustard on it .
our salad is ready
