Kadala Salad

Ingredients
  

  • White kadala or chana daal 1 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Green chillY 5
  • ginger 1 inch piece
  • Coriander leaves 1 sprig
  • Mustard 2 tsp
  • curry leaves 1 sprig

Instructions
 

  • soak kadala in water for 6 to 7 hours
  • cook kadala using water and salt
  • heat a pan add oil and when its hot add mustard
  • pour other ingredients which is nicely cut on the kadala.
  • pour the mustard on it .
  • our salad is ready
