Paneer Manchurian

It is one of the chinese dishes and very tasty too

Ingredients
  

  • Paneer 1 cup
  • Maida 1 tsp
  • Rice flour 2 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder ½ tsp
  • Onion 1 no.
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Capsicum 1 no.
  • Green chilli 2 no.
  • Spring onion ½ cup
  • Oil 3 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce 2 tsp
  • Red chilli sauce 2 tsp
  • Ajinomoto 1 pinch

Instructions
 

  • Cut the Paneer into Small Cubes
  • Add Maida, Corn Flour, Rice Flour, Salt and Red Chilli powder in the paneer and mix well
  • Heat the oil and put the paneer
  • Fry the paneer till it get golden brown
  • Finely chop the onion, capsicum and ginger garlic
  • chop the spring onion and green chilli
  • Heat the oil in the pan add the chopped ginger garlic and fry it.
  • Now add Onion and fry till it turn into brown
  • Add capsicum green chilli and spring onion allow to fry for 5 mins
  • add soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, salt and ajitomoto and mix well
  • now add fried paneer and mix well
  • paneer manchurian is ready to serve with naan, chapati etc
