Paneer Masala
It is a dish in north,we can eat this as a side dish with chappathi and rice.It has full of vitamins.Kids love this curry.this curry is based with tomato flavour and spices. .

250 gram Paneer 1 Onion 1 Capsicm 1 tsp Cumin seeds 2 tsp Oil 5 Cashew 1 tsp Kasthuri methi 5 Coriander leaves 1 tsp Salt 1/2 cup Green peas 1/4 cup Water
Heat oil in a kadai and add onion and capsicm,saute for 2 minutes.
Atomato to this and saute for a minute.
Grind little cashew ,little sauted tomato and onion in a mixer.
Add this grind mix to kadai mix and saute for 2 minutes.
Add chilli powder,paneer, salt and green peas boil for 2 minutes .
Add coriander leaves and kasthuri methi leaves and 1/4 cupwater to this and boil for 2 minutes
Boil for 2 minutes until gravy is thick.
Now paneer masala is ready
