Green Peas Mushroom Thoran

It is a nadan dish in kerala,we can eat this as a side dish with chappathi and rice.It has full of nutriens.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Green peas
  • 1 cup Mushroom
  • 1/2 cup Grated coconut
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 2 Red chilli
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Gram masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 5 Curry leaf
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard,When it splutters add red chilli and curry leaf,saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add cleaned mushrooms to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add washed green peas to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Grind grated coconut ,cumin seeds,chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,gram masala in a mixer.
  • Add this ground mix to green peas and mushroom mix, saute for a minute.
  • Add 1 cup water to this,add salt .
  • Close the lid and boil for 5 minutes
  • Now mushroom green peas thoran is ready to serve.
