Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard,When it splutters add red chilli and curry leaf,saute for 2 minutes.
Add cleaned mushrooms to this and saute for 2 minutes.
Add washed green peas to this and saute for 2 minutes.
Grind grated coconut ,cumin seeds,chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,gram masala in a mixer.
Add this ground mix to green peas and mushroom mix, saute for a minute.
Add 1 cup water to this,add salt .
Close the lid and boil for 5 minutes
Now mushroom green peas thoran is ready to serve.
