Mushroom Basil Pepper Fry
This is simple recipe . basil is good for health and its combine with pepper and mushroom . Both are herbs and makes good relife for cold and cough.

- 1 cup Mushroom
- 2 tblsp All purpose flour
- 2 tblsp Corn flour
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Salt as taste
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic
- Basil leaves few
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- Oil for frying
Cut the mushroom and keep aside
In bowl combine all powders and mix well with little water
Add mushroom and marinate for 15 mins
Deep fry with oil and drain out when its crispy
Now in pan add oil and saute ginger garlic and onion
Add little salt and soya sauce and mix well
Now add fried mushroom basil leaves and pepper and cook for 2 mins and turn off
