Mint Roti

this is simple and colourful recipe. mint is good for health and nice flavour too. this mint roti is like by all kids.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mint
  • 2 Green chili
  • 1 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  • Salt as taste
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • Oil / ghee for greasing

Instructions
 

  • In blender add mint and green chili
  • In bowl add flour, mint paste cumin, salt and required water to make dough
  • Divide equal portion of dough
  • Roll thin flat dough and keep aside
  • Now heat tawa and cook rotiesTurn both side and apply oil/ ghee
  • Now its ready to serve Mint Roties
