Double Beans Chow Chow Curry
This is delicious recipes. this good meals lunch for all. both healthy ingredients are used and makes good combo for rice

- 1 cup Double Beans
- 1/2 cup chow chow
- 15 nos Shallots
- 6 garlic
- Curry leaves little
- 2 tsp Sambhar powder / Kuzhambu milaga podi
- Salt as taste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cumin, Fenugreek , Mustard
- 2 tblsp Oil
- 1/4 cup Tamarind water
- 1/4 cup Coconut paste
Soak over night and boil Double beans and keep aside
Chop shallots, chow chow and garlic
In pan add oil and temper Mustard and cumin and fenugreek
Saute Onions and curry leave leaves , chow chow and cook for 5 10 mins with little water
Now add all powder and cook for 5 mins
Now add tamarind water and double beans and cook for 5 mins
Now add Coconut paste and cook for 5 mins and turn off
