Healthy Veg Wheat Paniyaram is a healthy version of paniyaram with wheat instead of rice. This veg paniyaram is the best breakfast option for kids. They will definitely love it.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Potato boiled
  • 1/4 cup Peas
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 cup Wheat
  • Salt as taste
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mash boiled potato and peas and carrots and onion and add salt and chili powder
  • In bowl add wheat flour and little salt and mix with water like thick batter
  • Make balls of potato mixture
  • Dip in the wheat batter
  • In paniyaram pan grease oil and drop one balls in kuli (hole) cook for 5 mins in mediun flame
  • Now turn back and cook for 5 more mins
  • Now its ready to serve veg wheat paniyaram
