1/2 cup Potato boiled 1/4 cup Peas 1 Carrot 2 Onions 1 cup Wheat Salt as taste 1/2 tsp Chilli powder Oil for frying
Mash boiled potato and peas and carrots and onion and add salt and chili powder
In bowl add wheat flour and little salt and mix with water like thick batter
Make balls of potato mixture
Dip in the wheat batter
In paniyaram pan grease oil and drop one balls in kuli (hole) cook for 5 mins in mediun flame
Now turn back and cook for 5 more mins
Now its ready to serve veg wheat paniyaram
