Stuffed Mushroom Vegetable Fry
this is an easy recipe and no more oil and healthy dish. this stuffed with vegetable and cooked with little oil

- 200 gm Mushroom
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 cup cabbage
- 2 tblsp Red chutney or garlic tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper as taste
- 1 cube Butter
- oil - 1 tsp
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Cut mushroom inside and clean stem and chop the stem , onion and cabbage
In pan add oil and temper ginger garlic paste and add onions cabbage
Now add chopped mushroom and red chutney and cook for 5 mins
Now add pepper and tun off and allow to cool
Stuff with mushroom and keep aside
Now grease with butter and place in tawa and cook for 10 mins and close lid
now its ready to serve stuffed mushroom veg fry
