Soya Curry
this is healthy recipe. this good in protein and calcium and good taste too. this is prepared with simple base gravy.

- 1 cup Soya chunks
- 2 Onion
- 2 Tomato
- 1/2 cup Coconut paste
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Curry leaves little
- 1 Cinnamon
- 2 cloves
- 1 tsp Funnel seed
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin
- salt to taste
Grind Onion and tomato and all spices and keep aside
in big vessel boil water and turn off add salt , soya chunks and close with lid and drain and squeeze excess water
In pan add oil and temper cumin and curry leaves and ginger garlic paste
Now add grind paste and saute well
Add all powder and mix well and water
add soya and coconut paste bring to boil for 10 mins and turn off
now its ready to serve for rice and chapathi Soya curry
