Soya Curry

this is healthy recipe. this good in protein and calcium and good taste too. this is prepared with simple base gravy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Soya chunks
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Coconut paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • Curry leaves little
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 tsp Funnel seed
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Grind Onion and tomato and all spices and keep aside
  • in big vessel boil water and turn off add salt , soya chunks and close with lid and drain and squeeze excess water
  • In pan add oil and temper cumin and curry leaves and ginger garlic paste
  • Now add grind paste and saute well
  • Add all powder and mix well and water
  • add soya and coconut paste bring to boil for 10 mins and turn off
  • now its ready to serve for rice and chapathi Soya curry
