Mushroom Dum Biriyani

this is best for vegetarian. we have all flavor and most common mutton biriyani. this taste yummy and good color looking. curd makes more taste and good lunch for lunch box

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Rice
  • 2 cup Mushroom
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Tomato
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 2 tblsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup Mint and coriander
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt as taste
  • 5 tblsp Oil and ghee
  • 1 tblsp Whole spice

Instructions
 

  • take whole spice and tie and small cloth
  • Soak rice and boil 50 percent and keep aside
  • deep fry onions and keep aside
  • In bowl add chopped mushroom and tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and also leaves and all powder and curd
  • Mix well and marinate for 10 ,mins
  • In heavy bottom pan add oil ghee some and pour mushroom masala and layer 1st portion rice
  • Now topping fried onions and mint and coriander and garam masala
  • likewise do going rice portion and if want add saffron and garam masala cook high flame in 5 mins and keep tawa in bottom remaining 15 mins in low falme
  • Now its ready to serve mushroom dum biriyani
