Home Made Veg Fried Rice

This is very tasty rice with so many healthy vegetables and sauces.Kids and adults love this very much.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Capsicm
  • 5 Beans
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Spring onion
  • 1 tsp Chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter and oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped carrot,capsicm and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add cabbage,beans and salt saute for another 2 minutes.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and stir for 2 minutes in low flame.
  • Add cooked rice to this and mix all well.Saute for a minute.
  • Add spring onion to this and mix well,Stir for a minute.
  • Add pepper powder,chilli sauce and soya sauce,stir well and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Now home made fried rice is ready to serve.
