Clean the Onions and Capsicum and cut them into pieces as shown in the picture
Clean and cut the Tomatoes also
Clean and cut the Baby corn into small pieces and boil it along with some Turmeric Powder and Salt, for about 10 minutes
After about 10 minutes, put off the stove and remove the water from the cooked Baby corn
Heat Oil in a frying pan and heat the Onion and Capsicum pieces in it for about five minutes
Then take the Onion and Capsicum pieces from the frying pan and keep them aside.
Heat one tspn. Oil in a frying pan and add some sliced Onion and Tomato pieces and stir it for 2 – 3 minutes and let it cool for some time.
Grind this mix along with Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin seeds/Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Cashew-nut and Salot etc. and make a paste.
Again, heat Oil in the frying pan and put the masala paste into the hot oil
Stir the Masala paste in the hot oil for about 3 – 4 minutes
Then add the cooked Baby corn pieces into this mix
Stir this mix well for about another 2 – 3 minutes
Add the Milk also into the mix
Then add the (already heated) Onion and Capsicum pieces and allow to cook this mix for another 5 – 10 minutes at medium flame.
Baby corn and Capsicum Masala is ready and can be served as side dish for Chappathi/Poori/Dosa/ cooked rice etc.
