Potato Peas Kurma

this recipe is good to all break fast and rice. this more flavour of garam masala. this kurma is easy and simple too.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Potato
  • 1/2 cup Peas
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Tomato
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsp Curry masala
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt as taste
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup Coconut
  • 1 tsp Poppy seed Soak in hot water

Instructions
 

  • Boil Potato and peas and keep aside
  • Grind Onion tomato, poppy seed and coconut and keep aside
  • In pan add oil and temper jeera and garam masala
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for few mins
  • Noe add Grind paste and saute well
  • Now add all powder and mix it well
  • Add vegetables and water for kurma and bring to boil
  • Now potato peas kurma is ready
