Naadan Fish Curry
its good along with chapathi ,rice and veleppam.

- fish (nangu) 1 kg
- onion 2
- ginger 1 inch piece
- tomato 1 or 2
- green chilly 5
- red chilly powder 2 t
clean fish and slice in square shape.
heat a pan add oil and put ginger, onion ,green chilly,curry leaves and sauté it well.
then add tomato and sauté it well.
when its become brown add all the powders and sauté ,then add water , black cocum or mango
let it get boiled
then add sliced fish to it.
then sauté it slowly .
close the pan for 10 minute, or until it gets cooked
our spicy and tasty fish curry is ready.
serve hot
