Raggi Kollukattai( Finger Millets)
this is healthy and good for all. this simple and easy , kids love this millet grains

- 1 cup Raggi flour Finger millets
- 1/2 cup Jaggery
- Coconut – 1/4cup
- 2 Cardamom
- 1 1/2 cup Water
Make jaggery dissolves in boiling water and strain keep aside
In pan add boiling water, Add jaggery water dry coconut and cardamom
Now add raggi flour mix well and turn off
Allow to cool for 10 mins
Make kollukattai mix with oval shape
Now steam in steamer for 10 mins and keep aside
Now its ready to serve Raggi kollukattai.
