Raggi Kollukattai( Finger Millets)

this is healthy and good for all. this simple and easy , kids love this millet grains

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Raggi flour Finger millets
  • 1/2 cup Jaggery
  • Coconut – 1/4cup
  • 2 Cardamom
  • 1 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Make jaggery dissolves in boiling water and strain keep aside
  • In pan add boiling water, Add jaggery water dry coconut and cardamom
  • Now add raggi flour mix well and turn off
  • Allow to cool for 10 mins
  • Make kollukattai mix with oval shape
  • Now steam in steamer for 10 mins and keep aside
  • Now its ready to serve Raggi kollukattai.
