Instructions
Peel and cut ridge gourd and keep aside
In pan add oil temper jeera and add shallots saute well
Add ridge gourd and tomato and saute well
Add chili and salt and turmeric and water too
Pressure for ten mins and turn off and blend well for cool and temper with oil and mustard
Now its ready to serve Ridge gourd tomato curry
