Ridge Gourd Tomato Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ridge gourd
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 15 nos Shallot
  • 3 Tomato
  • 3 Red chili
  • Curry leaves small
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt as taste
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut ridge gourd and keep aside
  • In pan add oil temper jeera and add shallots saute well
  • Add ridge gourd and tomato and saute well
  • Add chili and salt and turmeric and water too
  • Pressure for ten mins and turn off and blend well for cool and temper with oil and mustard
  • Now its ready to serve Ridge gourd tomato curry
