Raw Mango Raitha

This good for summer and seasonal recipe. very tasty too.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice Raw mango
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Green chili
  • 1 cup Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Grate the raw mango and carrot
  • Finely chop the onion and green chili
  • In bowl add curd . Add green chili, onion and salt and mix it.
  • Add grated carrot and raw mango and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve with pulao or biriyani. We can have it like lassi.
