Soya Chunks Nuggets

this best evening snack. nice goes with green chili chutney

Ingredients
  

  • Soya chunks 100g
  • Aloo 2
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 4
  • Carrot 1
  • Green chilli 1
  • Red chilli powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Maida 2 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop garlic, onion, carrot and green chilli
  • Boil the aloo and soya chunks and smash it.
  • In a pan heat the oil and add garlic
  • Add the chopped onion and fry till it turn into brown,add chopped carrot and green chilli.
  • Add salt, red chilli poder, garam masala and turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Add smashed aloo and soya chunks and mix well. Make as ball and shape your choice
  • In a bowl mix maida, corn flour and water and make as batter and dip in maida batter
  • Dust with bread crumbs
  • Put it in boiled oil and fry it . Serve with ketchup or chutney
