Soya Chunks Aloo Gravy

this is good to all rice , roties and other Indian breads. this simple and easy too

Ingredients
  

  • Soya chunks 200g
  • Aloo ¼ kg
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2
  • Curry masala 3 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut 1 cup
  • Oil as required
  • Black mustard seed 1tsp
  • Urad dal 1tsp
  • Sesame seed 1 tsp
  • curry leaves small

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onion, tomato and aloo
  • Boil the soya chunks
  • Grind coconut and sesame seed
  • Heat the oil and temper the black mustard seed, urad dal and curry leaves.
  • Add onion and saute it till it get brown
  • Add tomato and mix well. Now add ginger garlic paste, curry masala, salt and turmeric powder mix well till the raw smell goes out.
  • Now add aloo and mix it . Add soya chunks and some water, allow to boil for few mins
  • Add coconut paste and mix well and allow to boil for few mins until it gets thick gravy
  • Now its ready soya chunks aloo gravy Serve with rice or chappati.
