Punjabi Style Paneer Butter Masala

It is a tasty curry for chappathi,nan and rice.Children will like this very much.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Panner
  • 6 Cashew
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds saute for a minute.
  • Add onions and saute for 2 minutes until it turns transparent.
  • Take little onion and cumin seeds from this, add some cashews to this and grind it In a mixer to a paste.
  • Add this paste to the kadai and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato puree to this and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add ginger garlic paste to this and saute for a minute.
  • Add chilli powder and turmeric powder to this and stir well for a minute.
  • Next add coriander powder and garam masala to this and stir well.
  • Add 1 cup of water and paneer to this and boil for 2 minutes.
  • Next add milk and coriander leaves to this and boil for a minute.
  • Add some kasthuri methi to this and boil for 3 minutes until it becomes thick.
  • Now punjabi paneer butter masala is ready
