Mushroom Stir Fry Andra Style

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mushrooms washed and cleaned
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • i tsp Kasthuri methi
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Ginger garli paste
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Gram masala
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 2 sp Water

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean mushroom into pieces.
  • Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds and onion saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Next add ginger garlic paste,chilli powder and turmeric powder to this and stir for 3 minutes in low flame.
  • Add mushrooms to this and mix all properly for 2 minutes.
  • Mix this mushroom mix with2 spoon water for a minute
  • Next add milk to this mushroom mix and stir for a minute.
  • Add coriander leaves to this and boil this for 1 minutes
  • Now Mushroom stir fry Andra style is ready.
