Mushroom Stir Fry Andra Style
This is a good curry for chappati,rice,roti and nan.Mushrooms are good for heart disease,getting immunity,

- 1 cup Mushrooms washed and cleaned
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 Onion
- 2 Tomato
- i tsp Kasthuri methi
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Ginger garli paste
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Gram masala
- 1 tsp Oil
- 2 sp Water
Wash and clean mushroom into pieces.
Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds and onion saute for 2 minutes.
Add tomato to this and saute for 2 minutes.
Next add ginger garlic paste,chilli powder and turmeric powder to this and stir for 3 minutes in low flame.
Add mushrooms to this and mix all properly for 2 minutes.
Mix this mushroom mix with2 spoon water for a minute
Next add milk to this mushroom mix and stir for a minute.
Add coriander leaves to this and boil this for 1 minutes
Now Mushroom stir fry Andra style is ready.
