Bread Peanut Snack

this is very healthy to kids. best evening snack to all

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Peanut
  • 1 Onion
  • ½ piece Capsicum
  • ¼ slice Raw mango
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Bread
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp Red chilli powder

Instructions
 

  • In a pressure cooker put Peanut, salt and water and leave for 3 to 4 whistle
  • Finely chop onion, capsicum and raw mango
  • Grate the carrot and cut the bread into small pieces.
  • Heat the oil in the pan and add onion and saute it.
  • Once it turn into brown colour add capsicum, raw mango and carrot and mix well
  • Add salt and red chilli powder.
  • Now add peanuts and mix well.
  • Add bread pieces and mix well
  • serve hot in the evening. Bread peanut snack is ready
