Chapathi Noodles
we usually reheat left over chapathi. but we can do differently with noodles ingredients .

- 6 Chapati left over
- 1 Onion
- 1 Capsicum
- 2 Tomato
- 1 Carrot
- 2 Green chilli
- 1 tblspn Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- Sugar 1 tsp
- 1 tsp Garlic and ginger chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Cut the left over chapathi in thin stirp
Cut vegetables in long size and keep aside
In pan add oil and saute ginger garlic and onions and green chili
Add carrot and capsicum and saute well
Add tomato and all powders and saute well
Add soy sauce nad sugar and mix it well
Add chapathi combine all together in low flame
Now its ready to serve Chapathi Noodles ready
