Chapathi Noodles

we usually reheat left over chapathi. but we can do differently with noodles ingredients .

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Chapati left over
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 2 Tomato
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 1 tblspn Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp Garlic and ginger chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the left over chapathi in thin stirp
  • Cut vegetables in long size and keep aside
  • In pan add oil and saute ginger garlic and onions and green chili
  • Add carrot and capsicum and saute well
  • Add tomato and all powders and saute well
  • Add soy sauce nad sugar and mix it well
  • Add chapathi combine all together in low flame
  • Now its ready to serve Chapathi Noodles ready
