Simple Vaangi Bath

this recipe is simple and easy. this give more flavor and nice color too.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Brinjal
  • 1 cup Steamed rice
  • 1 tsp Poppy seed
  • 3 tblsp Coconut
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 1 cardamom
  • 2 Green chili
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 10 no Small Onions
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera
  • 1/2 tsp Urad dal
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Salt as taste
  • 3 Oil

Instructions
 

  • Roasted poppy seed and keep aside
  • Add coconut and cardamom , cinnamon and roast and grind with poppy seed coarsely
  • Grind green chili and ginger and keep aside
  • In pan temper all seaonings and add green chili paste
  • Add salt and turmeric also and mix it well and keep aside
  • In other pan add oil and cook onion and brinjal
  • Add roasted and grind coconut mix it well and lemon too
  • Now mix all together with rice and turn off
  • Now this vaagi bath ready
