Simple Vaangi Bath
this recipe is simple and easy. this give more flavor and nice color too.

- 5 Brinjal
- 1 cup Steamed rice
- 1 tsp Poppy seed
- 3 tblsp Coconut
- 1 cinnamon
- 1 cardamom
- 2 Green chili
- 1 inch Ginger
- 10 no Small Onions
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Jeera
- 1/2 tsp Urad dal
- 1/2 Lemon
- Salt as taste
- 3 Oil
Roasted poppy seed and keep aside
Add coconut and cardamom , cinnamon and roast and grind with poppy seed coarsely
Grind green chili and ginger and keep aside
In pan temper all seaonings and add green chili paste
Add salt and turmeric also and mix it well and keep aside
In other pan add oil and cook onion and brinjal
Add roasted and grind coconut mix it well and lemon too
Now mix all together with rice and turn off
Now this vaagi bath ready
