Quick And Healthy Veg Soup

Ingredients
  

  • Carrot 1 no.
  • Beetroot 1 no.
  • Potato 1 no.
  • Onion 1 no.
  • Jeera ½ tsp
  • Green chilli 1 no.
  • Salt 4tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Ghee 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped Garlic 3no.
  • Corn pearls/ bread ½ cup

Instructions
 

  • Peel the vegetables and cut into cubes.
  • In a Pressure cooker add carrot, beetroot, potato, onion, green chilli , jeera, salt and add some water and leave 2 whistle.
  • Once the all vegetables got boiled, take from water and grind it.
  • In a sauce pan add ghee and chopped garlic and sauté it.
  • Add now that vegetable mixers and water as needed.
  • Then add now sugar and salt ( if needed).
  • now add milk and allow to boil for 10 min.
  • Once Soup got boiled add corn or bread .
  • Transfer into soup bowl and serve hot
