Carrot Poori

This is quite easy. When ever we like to eat poori its also simple to do . likewise this is also one of easy recipe. Carrot is good taste in that poori.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat
  • 1 Carrot grated
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Jeera
  • Oil for frying
  • Water required

Instructions
 

  • In bowl add wheat carrot, coriander, jeera and salt mix roughly.
  • Add required water and make dough and keep aside.
  • Flat the small ball and keep aside.
  • Deep fry in oil and serve with potato masala
