Mint Poori

This is taste and good flavour. Everyone like mint so this poori well goes to all

Ingredients
  

  • Mint small bunch
  • 1 cup All Purpose flour
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Jeera
  • Oil and water required

Instructions
 

  • In blender add mint, green chilli and jeera and roughly coarsely.
  • In bowl add All purpose flour and mint mixture and salt and mix it well.
  • Add required water and make dough and keep aside.
  • Flat small roll and keep aside.
  • Deep fry in oil and serve with gravy.
