Aloo Bhatura

- 1 cup All Purpose flour
- 2 Aloo
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Soda Salt
- Water required
- Oil for frying
Boil potato and mix with all purpose flour.
Add Salt and soda salt and water make dough and keep aside for 15 mins
Roll small ball and flat and keep aside.
Deep fry with oil and serve with channa or any gravy.
