Rajma Brinjal Curry

this recipe is nice goes to rice and idly dosa. this yummy and delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rajma
  • 15 nos Shallots
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 cup Tamarind water
  • 4 Brinjal
  • 5 nos Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Coconut
  • Curry leaves small
  • 2 tsp Sambhar powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Fenugreek
  • 3 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Soak rajma for 3 hour and cook soft and keep aside
  • In grinder add coconut and onions 2. tomato and jeera 1/2 tsp smooth paste.
  • Chop Shallots and garlic and brinjal
  • In pan add oil and temper mustard and fenugreek and jeera
  • Add onions and garlic and curry leaves and saute well
  • Add brinjal and sambhar powder and salt and cook for few mins
  • Add boiled rajma and tamarind water and mix well and brings to boil
  • Add coconut paste and boil for few mins and turn off
  • Garnish with coriander. Rajma brinjal curry is ready
