Cauliflower Biriyani

Ingredients
  

  • 1 chopped Cauliflower
  • 1 1/2 cup Rice
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Green chili
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/4 cup Coconut
  • Coriander leaves small
  • Curry Leaves small
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 3 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Chop onions, green chili and keep aside
  • In pan temper mustard and add onions and green chili and curry leaves saute well
  • Add cauliflower and cook for 5 mins
  • Add Soak rice and saute well water drain
  • Add boiled water and turmeric and salt
  • Now add curd and all powder and mix it well
  • Now add lemon and close lid and cook for 10 min in low flame and turn off
  • Now add grated coconut and coriander leaves mix well
  • Now its ready serve Cauliflower biriyani
