1 chopped Cauliflower 1 1/2 cup Rice 1 Onion 4 Green chili 1/2 cup Curd 1/4 cup Coconut Coriander leaves small Curry Leaves small 1 tsp Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder Salt as per taste 1/2 Lemon 3 tsp Oil 1 tsp Mustard
Chop onions, green chili and keep aside
In pan temper mustard and add onions and green chili and curry leaves saute well
Add cauliflower and cook for 5 mins
Add Soak rice and saute well water drain
Add boiled water and turmeric and salt
Now add curd and all powder and mix it well
Now add lemon and close lid and cook for 10 min in low flame and turn off
Now add grated coconut and coriander leaves mix well
